This Privacy Policy explains how CHMBR, operated by Saud Rahman in Kuwait (“CHMBR”, “I”, “me” or “my”), collects, uses and protects personal information when you visit chmbr.design, contact CHMBR or book a call.
Information collected
Information you provide. When you use the contact form, send an email or otherwise make an enquiry, I may collect your name, email address, company or project name, the service you are interested in, and the information you include about your business, plans or requirements.
Booking information. If you book a call through Calendly, Calendly collects the information needed to arrange the meeting and shares the booking details with CHMBR. Calendly processes that information under its own privacy policy.
Technical information. The website and its hosting or security providers may automatically receive limited technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, referring page, pages requested, timestamps and basic diagnostic or security logs. WordPress, Jetpack and similar site infrastructure may use cookies or comparable technologies to operate, secure and measure the website.
Attribution information. Links to Calendly may pass campaign or referral parameters, such as UTM tags or advertising click identifiers, so I can understand how an enquiry reached CHMBR.
How information is used
- To respond to enquiries and arrange calls.
- To assess, propose, deliver and administer CHMBR services.
- To operate, maintain, secure and improve the website.
- To keep appropriate business, tax and contractual records.
- To comply with legal obligations and protect CHMBR’s rights.
Where data-protection law requires a legal basis, information is processed as necessary to take steps at your request, perform a contract, comply with legal obligations, pursue legitimate business and security interests, or with your consent.
Sharing and service providers
I do not sell personal information. Information may be shared only when reasonably necessary with providers that support the website and business, including website hosting, WordPress and Jetpack services, email and communications providers, Calendly, professional advisers, and authorities where disclosure is legally required. These providers may process information in countries other than yours under their own terms and safeguards.
Cookies and external services
The site may use essential, security and limited measurement technologies supplied by WordPress or related infrastructure. CHMBR does not currently use third-party advertising pixels on this website. Calendly and other external websites may use their own cookies when their services load or when you follow a link to them. Their privacy and cookie practices are governed by their own policies.
Retention and security
Personal information is kept only for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was collected, an ongoing client relationship, legitimate record-keeping, dispute resolution, security or legal requirements. Reasonable administrative and technical measures are used to protect it, but no website or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal information; restrict or object to certain processing; withdraw consent; or receive a portable copy. These rights can be subject to legal exceptions. To make a request, email saud@chmbr.design. I may need to verify your identity before completing it.
Children
CHMBR’s website and services are intended for businesses and adults. They are not directed to children, and I do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated when the website, services or legal requirements change. The date at the top shows the latest revision.
